It arrives fully wired, fully mapped, dyno-tested and street-tuned — engineered to fit without guesswork or rework. Just install, connect, and drive.

What’s Included

  • EFI Engine Control Kit: Haltech R3 ECU, Bosch injectors, upgraded coil packs, wideband sensor, and plug-and-play custom loom — fully pre-mapped, street tuned, and four-wheel-drive dyno tested
  • 8-Speed Auto Conversion Kit: CNC billet adapters for Rover V8 to ZF 8HP and LT230, TurboLamik TCU with full loom and shift map, Defender-style electronic shifter, crossmember, brackets, and mounts
    Gearbox not included — you must supply a compatible ZF 8HP transmission (see details below).
  • Digital Dash Kit: CAN-based display with gear indication, temps, alerts, cruise control compatibility — includes fitment surround for Hard or Soft Dash models

  • 3.5, 3.9, 4.0, or 4.6 Rover V8 (factory or rebuilt)
  • LT230 transfer case required
  • Compatible with Land Rover ZF 8HP transmission (see below)

Important Note on Gearbox

The ZF 8HP automatic transmission is not included with this kit.
You will need to supply a compatible Land Rover variant from one of the following:

  • Discovery TDV6 or TDV8
  • Range Rover 5.0 V8

These gearboxes are widely available, affordable, and use the same internals as more expensive BMW 8HP variants — but with the correct bellhousing and shift logic for this system.
