About these terms

This website is operated by Regal Rover Classics Pty Ltd, ABN 68 692 016 729, ACN 692 016 729, based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Products and services purchased here are supplied by Regal Rover Classics, not Shopify.

These terms apply to website use and online orders, together with the relevant listing and our shipping, refund and privacy policies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product information and fitment

Read the listing and select the correct vehicle and configuration before ordering. Contact us if compatibility is unclear. Photographs may show optional equipment or a complete installation; the listing states what is included. Development and prototype items are identified as such. They must not be assumed to be finished, validated complete kits.

Specifications and prices may be updated for future orders. We will discuss a material change affecting an accepted order rather than silently substituting a materially different product.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing, delivery and vehicle details. An automated order receipt confirms that we received your order. If we cannot supply an item, identify an obvious listing error or need to clarify configuration, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge for additional goods or work without your authorisation. If an order cannot proceed, any amount owing to you will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Prices, currency and additional costs

The selected storefront currency is shown alongside prices and checkout totals; the store’s base currency is Australian dollars. Check the currency before ordering. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. International duties, taxes or clearance costs may be payable locally unless expressly included. Installation labour, final tuning and vehicle-specific work are additional unless the listing or written quote includes them.

Shipping, returns and cancellation

Our shipping policy explains freight, production estimates and delivery issues. Our refund policy distinguishes discretionary change-of-mind returns from remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied products. Made-to-order, prototype, electrical and discounted items remain subject to applicable consumer guarantees.

Installation, tuning and intended use

Automotive systems require appropriately qualified installation and vehicle-specific checks. EFI kits require a full tune by a Haltech specialist on the exact engine and local fuel before driving; a supplied startup map is not a finished calibration. The installer must verify wiring, settings, warnings, calibration and safe operation. Confirm applicable road-use, emissions and engineering requirements and supplier usage terms for your application.

We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation, configuration, tuning or misuse to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude responsibility for defects, our own acts or omissions, or any non-excludable rights.

Bespoke builds

A website enquiry is not a confirmed commission, price or delivery commitment. Bespoke vehicle projects require separately agreed written scope, costs, payment stages and timing. Those project terms supplement these website terms and remain subject to applicable law.

Accounts, privacy and communications

Keep account access secure and do not misuse the website, infringe rights or interfere with its operation. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. We use email for enquiries and order discussions. Submitting a build enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.

Content and external services

Our original branding, photographs, written content and designs, and third-party material used on this site, are protected by their respective owners’ rights. Commercial reuse requires the appropriate permission unless allowed by law. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. See our legal notice for compatibility, trademark and development information.

Changes, disputes and contact

These terms may be updated for future website use and orders. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing accepted order. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply where lawful. Queensland law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in an appropriate jurisdiction.
