The Regal Rover Classics development vehicle

Character comes first

Start with what makes it a Classic.

Proportion, character and the way it feels from the driver’s seat. These guide the decisions, from drivetrain specification to the smallest cabin detail.

The cabin

The details should feel at home.

Original-style controls and carefully integrated instrumentation. Materials, finishes and modern functions considered around the vehicle’s existing form.

Planning your project

A clear path from idea to specification.

A bespoke project begins with understanding the vehicle and agreeing what the finished result should be.

01

Your vehicle and your brief

Share the vehicle’s history, current condition, intended use and the details you want to retain or change.

02

Assessment and scope

Identify the restoration work, modern systems and specialist work required. The donor’s condition is central to a realistic scope.

03

Specification and investment

Agree the components, finishes, responsibilities, project stages and budget before committing to the work.

04

Build, calibration and handover

The project plan includes progress communication, specialist calibration, road testing and an agreed handover standard.

Before a project is agreed

A few things to establish.

01

What does a build cost?

There is no standard complete-build price yet. Investment depends on the donor, restoration requirements and agreed specification. We establish the scope before giving a project proposal.

02

Can you work with my vehicle?

That is the starting point for assessment. Tell us the year, body style, engine, modifications and condition, and send photographs by email.

03

Is an eight-speed part of every build?

No. Drivetrain selection is agreed for the vehicle and intended use. Our eight-speed installation remains a development programme with calibration and validation ongoing.

04

Can I purchase individual upgrades?

Yes. Our EFI kits, digital dash options and supporting components remain available through the shop, with product-specific fitment and installation information.
