Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout for most products. In some cases — such as bulk orders, large items, or international freight — we may need to review and adjust the shipping cost depending on current carrier rates.

Most domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. For international orders or oversized freight, we typically use DHL Express. While DHL Express comes at a premium, it is fast, reliable, and fully trackable — with an excellent reputation for international service and very few reported issues.

We do not add margins to our shipping costs — you pay what we pay, based on real-time carrier rates.
