Website and product information

We aim to describe products, inclusions, options and compatibility accurately. Photographs may show a complete vehicle or optional equipment; only the items stated in the selected product configuration are included in the price. A development vehicle, CAD model or prototype photograph does not indicate that a complete kit is available to order.

Product improvements may change specifications or finishes. We will discuss material changes affecting an accepted order with the customer. Lead times are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Fitment, installation and tuning

Compatibility depends on the specific vehicle, engine, existing equipment and selected configuration. Email us before ordering if fitment is unclear. Automotive systems require appropriately qualified installation, checking and configuration. EFI base maps are for setup and initial startup; a Haltech specialist must fully tune the exact vehicle on local fuel before it is driven. Installation labour, final tuning and additional vehicle work are not included unless expressly stated.

Road-use, emissions, engineering and registration requirements vary by location and application. A product listing or purchase does not itself establish approval for road use. Applicable supplier usage terms also apply to the equipment concerned.

Bespoke vehicle projects

Website enquiries are an invitation to discuss a project, rather than a confirmed build booking, fixed price or delivery commitment. Scope, inclusions, costs, payment stages, responsibilities and timing must be agreed separately in writing before a commission proceeds.

Intellectual property and trademarks

Website content, photographs, branding and original designs are owned by Regal Rover Classics or their respective owners and are used with permission where required. Do not reproduce or commercially use protected content, drawings or designs without the rights holder’s written permission, except as permitted by law.

Regal Rover Classics is independent of Jaguar Land Rover and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by it. Land Rover, Range Rover and model names are used to identify compatible vehicles. Haltech and other supplier trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Not every digital dash we sell is Haltech-based; the individual listing identifies the system supplied.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We are not responsible for damage or costs caused by incorrect installation, wiring, configuration, tuning, misuse or use outside the specified application, to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude responsibility for product defects, our own acts or omissions, or rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
