Refund policy
Because most of our products are custom-made, built to order, or sourced specifically for your vehicle, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
Please review all product information carefully before purchase and contact us with any questions about compatibility, fitment, or application before placing an order.
Exceptions – Mirrors & Mounts
We may accept returns on mirror kits and mirror mounts on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@regalroverclassics.com to request a return.
- Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition with no signs of fitting or installation.
- All original packaging must be included, and items must be safely packed for transit.
- Returns must be sent via Australia Post (no cheap couriers or drop-offs) at the customer's expense.
- Returns will only be approved once the item is received and inspected by us. If the product is damaged, incomplete, or no longer in resaleable condition, no refund will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@regalroverclassics.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We'll work with you to resolve the issue in line with applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns for made-to-order items, electrical components, engine management systems, ECUs, or conversion kits under any circumstances.
- We do not accept returns on sale items, discounted bundles, or trade orders.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds will not be issued until the item has been inspected and confirmed to meet return conditions.
