Rover V8 EFI Conversion Systems
The Regal Rover Classics EFI range modernises the Rover V8 with reliable cold starts, smooth idle and the flexibility of Haltech management. Choose from three build stages — from entry-level EFI conversion to our fully engineered Stage 3 Plug & Play System that arrives bench-tested and ready to run.
Build time: Each system is built to order. Standard lead times are 3–6 weeks depending on stage and component availability.
Customer Must Supply
- 3.5 L engines: Must be upgraded with a 3.9 L Rover V8 plenum and intake manifold — the 3.5 L version does not have injector bosses. Customer to supply.
- O₂ sensor bung: Your exhaust must include a weld-in or clamp-on bung for the wideband sensor.

Stage 1 — Core EFI Conversion
Entry-level EFI upgrade that replaces carburettors or 14CUX systems with Haltech control. Provides better starts, idle and drivability while retaining your factory distributor for ignition.
