Haltech uC-10 Defender Pre-Puma Mount | Pre-Production Prototype

$299.00 AUD

Limited prototype release: A$299 each, offered at cost for customer testing and feedback.

We’re making a small number of these pre-production mounts available at cost so customers can test them and help us refine the design. Fitment, mounting points and finish are still being evaluated, so issues may arise and adjustments or further work may be needed during installation.

Designed for the pre-Puma Land Rover Defender dashboard used in Td5, 300Tdi and 200Tdi models, with dash-control button holes included in the current design.

Printed in high-temperature resin, lightly hand-sanded and then painted matte black inside and out by our production partner. The size of this mount exceeds our production partner’s PA11 nylon printing capacity, so high-temperature resin has been selected for this version.

Material and finish: painted resin can chip if struck or if mounting screws are overtightened. Handle carefully and tighten screws gently. These are known limitations of painted resin printed parts.

Mount only. Haltech uC-10 screen, wiring harness, sensors and other dash electronics are not included.

Prototype purchase terms: please read the material and installation notes before ordering. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. By purchasing, you acknowledge the prototype status and the limitations described above. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer laws are unaffected.

Images are CAD renders of the prototype design. Final production specifications remain subject to development.

Once this prototype allocation is sold out, there will be no further mount-only release. We’ll gather customer feedback and refine the design before offering these as complete digital dash packages with the screen, starting at A$5,000 AUD.

Rear mount printing note

Some light warping of the rear mounting section behind the screen is common due to the large, flat shape during printing. This generally has no impact on screen performance once everything is screwed into place and the mount is under tension.
